After years of building and successfully exiting startups and leading teams at some of the biggest national and international brands, we felt it was time to give back. There’s something incredibly exciting about working with early-stage businesses — the energy, the challenges, the potential. That’s where we come alive. Business Strategist 

Christian is a dynamic business leader and startup veteran with a proven track record of launching, scaling, and successfully exiting multiple ventures. He has held senior executive roles, including CEO, CRO, and VP of Sales & Marketing, guiding organizations such as Lennar Homes, BallerLights, PurpleBricks, and Reali. With deep experience spanning both early-stage startups and established global brands, Christian brings strategic vision and operational excellence to every stage of a company’s lifecycle. He’s led cross-functional teams through mergers and acquisitions, built scalable revenue models, and developed GTM strategies that deliver results. 

 

Christian also holds a patent in email cybersecurity, reflecting his ability to innovate at the intersection of technology and user trust. His entrepreneurial spirit and technical insight have helped shape successful product launches and market expansions across industries. Whether he’s building a roadmap, closing capital, or mentoring founders, Christian’s passion lies in empowering teams to grow with clarity, confidence, and a culture of excellence. 

Nathalie N.

Marketing & Communications Specialis 

Nathalie is a seasoned marketing, communications, and public relations professional with deep experience across top global brands and media platforms. She has led strategic PR and marketing initiatives for major companies like Renpho, Ring, Zoom, Western Digital, and Sony Online Entertainment. Her work has been featured across national and local TV, print media, radio, podcasts, and outlets like GMA and the Today Show. 

 

With a strong command of media relations, social strategy, and storytelling, Nathalie specializes in elevating brand presence through integrated communications across digital, print, social media, and broadcast channels. Her passion lies in helping brands connect with audiences in authentic, impactful ways. 

Jason V.

Capital & Operations Specialist  

Jason is a strategic leader and capital-raising expert with deep experience helping startups secure the funding they need to launch, scale, and thrive. Over the course of his career, he has raised significant capital across various structures—including venture equity, private placements, and complex debt and warehouse facilities—to fuel innovation and growth. Beyond capital strategy, Jason has a strong operational mindset, often stepping into early-stage companies to architect and implement scalable systems, processes, and go-to-market playbooks that support rapid growth and long-term sustainability. 

 

Throughout his career, Jason has founded and exited multiple startups, including Lenda, Urban Escapes, Sidekick Works, and Pacific Sun Financial Group. He has also held pivotal leadership roles in nationally recognized organizations, such as Credit Karma, and Reali, where he led the company as Chief Revenue Officer. Jason’s deep operational expertise spans M&A, business intelligence, forecasting, contract negotiation, corporate culture development, and cross-functional team leadership. His ability to balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution makes him an invaluable partner for early-stage companies looking to scale quickly and efficiently.
